Transfer Credit and Credit Away

Students may seek transfer credit for English literature courses taken at prior institutions. They may also seek credit for English literature courses taken at different institutions while matriculated at Penn (credit away).

Both kinds of credit requests may be submitted for department review through the College’s external course approval tool (XCAT) available at: http://www.sas.upenn.edu/computing/xcat.
