In collaboration with GSWS, Gen/Sex is convening a workshop that will introduce current Masters and Ph.D. students invested in gender studies to a range of professional fields in which their personal and intellectual commitment to gender equity would be a valuable asset. We will hear from four speakers who have gone through gender studies training (mostly at Penn) and who have found ways of putting that training to use outside of the university:

Jess Mertz - Executive Director of the Clery Center
Jennifer Wilson - Freelance Journalist
Aaron Levy - Curator at Slought
Michael Kokozos - Teacher at The Gulliver School
