What role does gender play in our classrooms? This isn’t an easy question to answer, since it involves reflection not only on our roles as instructors but also on the gendered bodies of our students and they way they interact with us and one another. In this workshop, Nancy Hirschmann and Heather Love will talk about their own experiences and offer some strategies for dealing with and being sensitive to gender dynamics. Grads of all genders and from any department are encouraged to attend!
