Julia Alekseyeva has just won the Dean’s Award for Distinguished Teaching by an Assistant Professor. This award recognizes that Julia is one of Penn’s most innovative, rigorous, and effective teachers. Her teaching combines academic rigor with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
