Ania Loomba has been awarded the 2024 Charles Homer Haskins Prize from the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS). She will deliver the 2024 Charles Homer Haskins Prize Lecture. The Charles Homer Haskins Prize Lecture is an opportunity for ACLS to pay public homage to a distinguished humanist’s life of scholarly achievement. Each year the recipient of the Charles Homer Haskins Prize, named after the first chair of ACLS, an eminent scholar and teacher in the field of medieval history, delivers a lecture to the assembled attendees of the Annual Meeting.
