During New Student Orientation (NSO), the English Undergraduate Chair and Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies welcomed first-year students at the Welcome to the College Celebration outside of Cohen Hall. They talked to Penn students about the English major, minor, and the spectacular variety of courses offered by the department. They also gave away welcome gifts: tiny succulents to help decorate students' new dorm rooms.
