Jim English, Professor of English and founding faculty director of the Price Lab for Digital Humanities, is featured in The Daily Pennsylvanian's article, "Degrees in the humanities have plummeted in the past decade as Penn students flock to sciences." English addresses the trend seen at Penn since 2003, marked by the decline in undergraduate degrees in the humanities and social sciences and spike in degrees in STEM and natural sciences.
