The Department of Religious Studies has announced with profound sadness the passing away of Dr. Timothy Burgess Powell on November 1, 2018. Dr. Powell was a former member of the English Department and taught several Native American courses in English, Anthropology, Cinema and Media Studies, and Religious Studies.
