Professor Jean-Christophe Cloutier has been appointed editor of the comprehensive volume of Jack Kerouac’s previously unpublished French-language writings. The edition, “La Vie est d’Hommage”: The French Writings of Jack Kerouac, will be forthcoming in Spring 2016 from Les Éditions du Boréal, Montréal, Québec. Professor Cloutier is also translating into American English Kerouac’s two French novellas for The Library of America.
