Please mark your calendars for the 28th of July, and consider joining us at 11am that day for the public portion of Micah's dissertation defense.

Micah will introduce his timely and superbly generative project, "Scattered Supremacies: Locating Whiteness in Modernist Fiction.” In it, Micah collates and explores the mediated languages of whiteness as they shape what you might call the economic and racial unconscious of modernist novels by Rhys, Cather, Faulkner, and Fitzgerald.

After the presentation and discussion, we will move into a celebratory phase at noon, so please plan to stay with us if you can, and help us celebrate (with) Micah!
