Public Reading of Emily Wilson's "Odyssey"

Please join us for an evening with Emily Wilson’s (Professor of Classical Studies) much lauded translation of The Odyssey. After the War: An Odyssey is a play focused on Odysseus after the war. In this script adaptation of her translation, Wilson brings to life Odysseus the veteran living in the aftermath of the war and his homecoming to Penelope.

This performance is part of Classical Studies Colloquium Series and The Theatre Arts Program’s 2018/19 Season. Tickets are free but please reserve them in advance at the Annenberg Center box office.
