Professor Tsitsi Jaji’s book, Africa in Stereo: Modernism, Music and Pan-African Solidarity (Oxford 2014), has been recognized by the American Comparative Literature Association.

This is the second such honor for Africa in Stereo, which garnered honorable mention for the Society of Ethnomusicology’s Kwabena Nketia Award in the fall.
