The Dragon and the Pearl

The Dragon and the Pearl, a one-actress play depicting the life
of Pearl Buck, and starring Valerie Harper, previewed at the American Stage
Festival in Milford, NH in July, and ran at the Organic Theater in Chicago
from November 3rd through December 29th. The play was written by Marty
Martin, and is based on Peter Conn's Pearl S.
