We’re pleased to announce that Professor Michael Gamer has just been announced a 2027 Distinguished Scholar by the Keats-Shelley Association of America (KSAA), in order to recognize the sustained excellence of his scholarly work on Romantic writers, especially the period’s poetry, drama, and popular fiction. Since 1981, the KSAA has conferred the award, usually on 2 awardees per year; this year’s three awardees will be celebrated in January at the MLA Convention in Los Angeles.
