Encountering the City

The purpose of this class is to prepare you to fulfill the university writing requirement. You will engage in intensive practice of the writing and revision process. Careful and diligent reading of the assigned texts, active participation, and full attendance is required and expected. Absence in even one class may result in a failing grade for this course.
