The next session of the MCEAS Summer Seminar Series will convene on Thursday, 14 June 2018. Justine S. Murison, Penn English Ph.D. and current Associate Professor at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, will speak on "A Garb so Uncouth: Secularism, Private Religion, and Charles Brockden Brown's Weird Style."
The session will be held at the McNeil Center-3355 Woodland Walk (34th and Sansom Streets) on the University of Pennsylvania campus. Refreshments will be available beginning at 5:15 PM, and the presentation will start at 5:45. A complimentary buffet supper will be provided after the session.
