ENGL 569.401
instructor(s):
W 9-12

This course will address the confluence between African-American and Chicana feminist thought. We will examine the historical and political forces that fomented this dual movement and how it influenced the transformation of literary and other cultural production by women of color. We will also consider the ways in which these movements have redefined pr, gender, and se, gender, and sxual categories. As such, this course will not only cross genre boundaries but disciplinary
boundaries as well.
